Like others here, this isn't water under the bridge. People were truly hurt by MsScribe's behavior - not to mention the dispicable RL things she said and did during CharityGate - and, as with Cassie and plagiarism and Heidi and whiparounds for BFFs only - *you* and *they* don't get to decide when "bygones should be bygones". Fandom gets to decide that - meaning this will be discussed and rehashed for as long as there is interest. Tough shit.
So MsScribe decided that Sapphsmum was true after all? Yay her. How long ago was CharityGate? A year? 18 months? *NOW* she decides to donate? And - *gasp* what a coincidence! - publically announces it? I'm SO impressed! Except where, ya know, I'm not. *IF* she did it (that's what happens when one has a track record of being a liar ya know), it was done simply as a "lookitme" gesture. If she cared, she would have done it quietly. And maybe not immediately after proof of her actions hit fandom full in the face. So don't trot out to me how this is "proof" she's a good kind woman. This is PROOF she's a manipulative bitch that wants to clear her image without actually admitting or apologizing for what she's done in the past.
As others have said, it's as though MsScribe read fanpoodles Karl Rove post and took it to heart. Isn't that *amazing*???? Since we know she doesn't ever read here. OF COURSE SHE DOESN"T
Please don't expect me to cry crocodile tears for either Heidi or MsScribe. And please don't expect me to cut them any benefit for their horrid behavior because of "personal issues". That's a load of crap. I didn't see either of them cutting Sapp a break when her mom was struggling with a health crisis - and I doubt very much if either of them would bat an eye at anyone else'd crisis. Unless that 'someone' was one of their BFF. *Then* we do a whiparound of course!
Heidi, Cassie, MsScribe and their ilk enjoyedand used the privileges of being BNF. Now it's been proved that Heidi and Cassie got their fame by ripping peope off and MsScribe got hers by creating her own drama. They don't like this publicity? Tough.
