odd idea - possible coda to recent events
This may be OT and inappropriate; I didn't think it was, considering the ongoing saga, but if it is, then I apologize and thwap me, please. I get odd ideas when I can't sleep.

I read that, and laughed, and thought, hell, if that bit ends up being true, I'd kick in $10 towards that $1K myself.

If you're thinking the same thing - that if it were true, you'd contribute $10 [or $1 or $5 or whatever] - and it ends up being not true, which is far more likely as far as I'm concerned ... maybe think about popping that $10 over to 4christina.org instead?

CharityGate was one of the ugliest wanks in FW history, the kind of thing that can drain your faith in humanity. It's something I try not to think about. I'd much rather look back on it book-ended with something like this, where exposing one person's maliciousness and lies led to helping someone who really needs it. And if you don't see the fun cosmic twist to it, considering how CharityGate got started, then you're not looking.

I've got no right to ask this, and I'm not meaning to intrude on anybody's platform, and this is of course totally

charlottelennox's [awesome] show and I hope she doesn't think this is disrespectful of me. I just had a light bulb moment and thought that, from a karmic sense, it'd be an interesting sort of payoff. That's all.
