There's been a re-arrangement of the rules in the bad_penny user info, and a new rule has been added:

7. Trolling people is bad. Don't do that, guys. If you're not involved, just sit back and watch. If you belong to a community, or already involved, and you'd be commenting anyway, that's one thing. Commenting and going "Nyeah-nyeah, I saw yoooouuuuuuu on bad_penny!" will result in the Shameless Clown loading up the ban_set user command again.

ETA 2: Clarifying bad_penny's most important issue:

8. Journalfen is an 18+ site. As such, posters, readers and lurkers should expect to occasionally run across language and images that are not work-safe. bad_penny is one these places. Yes, Virginia, boobies!icons are fine. Goatse, tubgirl and the rest are right out. So are depictions of graphic violence, maimed/dead bodies or parts thereof. If you're not sure, stroll through pyratejenni's pictures. If you're still not sure, ask.
