I apologize for contacting you directly if this isn't the appropriate thing to do, but I have a question about Citadel policy. I have been in the process of reviewing the holdings of the Howland estate and I have discovered that the estate contains a number of significant private property holdings, none of which are actively in use except for their respective staffs and myself.

As I have indicated previously, I am in the process of forming a charitable foundation in Mr. Howland's name, and it occurred to me that some among the Citadel membership might wish to have the use of one or more of the properties. I had thought to make a posting to the membership outlining the properties and making the offer, any proceeds resulting from members renting them to go to the foundation.

My question was if this would be permissible under Citadel policy. Obviously, there would be a lot of details to be worked out, but I thought I would ask the question in any case. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
