So, you have this OC that you've made. And she's paired with a certain popular greasy-haired male character from a certain popular book series about people waving around magic bits of tree branches, IDEK. And you are so very enamored with your character (who may or may not have the same hair color as you've dyed yours), because she is soooo much better than that meanie in canon who wouldn't put up with your precious woobie's racist tendencies.
So what do you do? If your name is Redpassion, you make some fan stamps of your OC and your pairing, and then generously offer them to everyone for their own personal use. Because clearly everyone else must be as infatuated with your OC as you are, right?
