All he cares about that he now has a chance for revenge on someone he can blame for Lily's death other than himself, and he's not about to let anyone get in the way of that.
That makes me have less sympathy for him. Snape simply will not ever own up to his own bullshit, so instead he runs around blaming other people for it, up to trying to get someone's soul sucked out. And he's a grown man. It's despicable. |
