 ADMIN REQUEST: Pup Bios

A week or so ago, I did a call for bios for pups and noticed that roughly only 10 out of 70-some pups have bios. I personally love the format that Helens and the others have used for their pups but it is detailed and requires a fair bit of work. That said, I think that prospective and new players (and even established ones looking for a new connection) should be able to easily access info about each pup and their mun which might make finding partners for play easier.
So with that in mind, I'm introducing the Pup/Player Information form (tweaked from one used in Sable Knot and other games) and I'd like everyone to complete one for each of their pups.
Each completed form should be posted separately to ![[info]](http://www.journalfen.net/img/community.gif) est_meta (subject line should read: Pup/Player Information: [Pup Name]) and a link to it placed on your pup's userinfo page reading: [a href="address of post"]Pup/Player Information[/a] (replace all square brackets with <> ones).
And yeah, I know it looks long but it is fairly simple and once it's done, you need only to update every so often. Thanks to everyone in advance for their cooperation.
For any line you choose to leave blank, please use N/A to indicate that it's been left blank intentionally and not just missed (in this case N/A will equal no answer).

Game connections: [Is your pup already paired? With who? Is the relationship monogamous, open, etc. Do they have other lovers? Close friendships people should know about?]
Pup's bio: [optional - can be as short or as long as you please - may contain RL stuff or just list important game details or you can ignore this completely and make people do their own research]
Mun Squicks: [self-explanatory]
Mun Kinks: [self-explanatory]
Type of Characters Pup Likes: [if your pup will play with anyone, leave this blank or indicate just that - but if your pup has a dislike for effeminate males or a yen for tall, dark and handsome, feel free to let prospective players know]
Play Situation: [is your pup available for play? is that play limited? does it have to go through a master or partner first? is your schedule insane and you only play with existing co-writers? can prospective players contact you anyway or is it a lost cause? please be honest]

Think it might be a good idea to have their safeword (if they have one) by their kinks and squicks. Just so it's in an easily-accessible place and can keep it over in case we're writing a safeword scene. :)

Good idea! I'm not sure if I'll be able to revise Liam's or get CA's done before I get home; we're tagging and hitting our journals kind of on the fly while we pack Nancy's apartment up, but once I'm back, I'll make it a priority.

I think I'm done and ready to post - of course I know I'll be able to (eventaully might have to) edit, but: I've slightly changed the order of some of those, only to more separate the player info from the more ingame, character related info.
Is that okay? It's not a lot of changes or anything big, and I've been careful to keep all the 'fields' and fill them and all...
I could post and then come back to change once you've seen, maybe it'd be the easiest way for you to say if it works or not. :-?

I don't think it matters as long as you have all the fields. *hugs*
A "Last Editted:" field would be keen to show just how up to date the information in the bio is. Just my 1/2 of a cent.
