It's alive, it's alive!
The last post was three years ago. Wow.

Anyways, I've been going to a Health and Fitness class at my local community college, and today was Swim day. Boy are my triceps hating me right now, haha. I should probably start taking advantage of the free swim period and use the pool more.

So, what are you guys doing?

I've been working out at the gym three times a week for the past three months with my gym buddy. I have lost a less-than-stunning five pounds. Sigh.

Hopefully we'll start swimming soon, and that will be a better workout. I keep getting waylaid by a knee that doctors refuse to operate on.

Not much. What I mean to do is start walking to work every day, and if I get out before dinnertime, to at least take the bus only part-way home and walk the rest of the way back.

I lost 50 pounds. Protein shakes and weight lifting. Now I walk my dog two miles a day, and that seems to keep me pretty fit.
