| About: | We are denizens of various fandom, wank, and fandom_wank communities who have come together to get fit. Here we'll post our personal fitness plans, post updates and questions pertaining to them, and cheer each other on to better health, stress-relief, and generally more active lifestyles. Posts or comments that are posed in a negative manner (example: saying "that program is suicide. Are you nuts?!?!" rather than "wow, that's a lot to take on. You might want to leave yourself open to cutting back after a couple of weeks' trial") will be deleted, and the poster warned twice before being banned.
