I really wish people would actually read the Bill of Rights... I think they'd be rather shocked at what it truly says.

And he's almost perfect troll-bait, ain't he? They do seem to be having fun poking him with sticks though :D

My favorite was what Harlan Ellison use to say to detractors and loud mouths who would should "I am entitled to MY opinion" and he would respond, "No, you are entitled to your INFORMED opinion."

I am surprised and rather pleased that no one has brought up the "fire in the theater" line.

Why would they? I mean, it doesn't apply as an answer to "I have a constitutional right to force you to listen to me!" and that particular lunatic wouldn't mention it, either.
