I was wondering that, too! I'm also wondering what that "phew" meant (I'm assuming we'll get an elaboration on Friday) because Jack was totally moving in for a kiss at the top of the page.

The forums have some amusing and highly elaborate ideas on what exactly that might mean. I'm betting on "Jack's relieved Annie was blunt rather than leading him on," but "Jack will now go on to explain he is the decendent of a spider elemental" is one of my favs.

God, every time a new page is posted with her in it I can't stop thinking how much I love her design's latest bump up in age. Oh, Annie, you're getting so pretty and grown up and I really love that ponytail look on you.
