Rob Lifeld 1; Hipsters 0
“The Hipsters don’t know what to do when I draw feet. It confuses them.”
Rob Liefeld, following the release of DC Comics’ solicitations for July, which include his covers for The Savage Hawkman #11, Deathstroke #11, and Grifter #11. Characters’ feet are visible in all three images.

But can he draw spines (or characters that DON'T look perpetually constipated)?

...You know, having clicked the link, I kind of wish the feet weren't visible. O_o Also: are hipsters really the ones criticizing Liefeld's lack of feet in his comics? IDK maybe hipsters actually make up a huge portion of the American comics fandom and I just didn't know.

People who blame "hipsters" for everything they dislike, possibly because they have no idea what hipsters are: actually more tiresome than hipsters? Sources say yes!

It just looks like the "foot" is floating above the other guy's shoulder. Also it's really small.

Also, unless if one of Deathstroke's legs is much longer than the other, it shouldn't... look like that.

/can't stop giggling tbh

Also, never mind the feet, those hands are what he should really be hiding behind things. In the linked image... the right fist... I am sitting here trying to contort my hand into that shape. I cannot make my hand a perfect square, nor can I make my thumb wrap around my pointer finger like that. My thumb simply is not long enough. Maybe that guy's superpower is really long thumbs.

So like, did he copy one of his old Wolverine pics? Cause that looks exactly like his Wolverine always did. The hair doesn't even look like it should belong to Lobo. I guess he just added more to it there in the middle to get rid of the Wolverine V? And seriously, the way his "fists" are arranged, that is totally a Wolverine pose.

Is it bad that, when I clicked the link, I was actually expecting him to have drawn real feet? He's definitely drawn a thing on the end of the angry fellow's legs, but it looks like if you removed the cloth on his leg (I refuse to dignify that as footwear) you would just find another fist.

Somewhere I've got a picture I drew in middle school, where half-way through I realized I couldn't draw feet, so they were standing in a puddle. And then I realized I couldn't draw heads, so they were beheaded and their head was in the water too.

Deathstroke's left hand is missing. Also, Lobo seems to be floating several inches above the ground.
