12:29PM - Yet more children's characters that should come out of the closet.
Cracked.com takes a look at the next nine children's characters that should come out of the closet.
Some of them are waaaaaay too obvious (Peppermint Patty, Velma from Scooby-Doo) while others mean I'll never be able to look at them in the same way again (Dave from Alvin and the Chipmunks).
They also throw in real-world counterparts to the characters, and I am too, too amused that Kermit the Frog's real-world counterpart is Anderson Cooper.

One of the writers from the Daily Show has posted his thoughts on the writers strike up on YouTube, as well as the current lawsuit between Viacom and Google. And now I know why TDS is so funny. <3
