So, some authors are what might be politely called "a bit tetchy" about fanfic. Some don't mind, but some positively love the idea.
One such author is Patrick Rothfuss, author of the absolutely magnificent Name of the Wind.
So far, he's only found the one fic about his series. But surely there's more out there? If anyone deserves a cool fandom, it's Rothfuss.
