9:36AM - TWoP shoutout

Last week's Supernatural recap referenced the self-lubricating anus wank. To make the point that all slashers are as insane as the imaginary one on TV that homages Galaxy Quest, but still: a shoutout's a shoutout. (ETA: now with YouTube).

The epilogue is even better, though:

Demian hates your fan fiction, and really thinks you should stop wasting your time on that crap. Raoul, quite frankly, is mortally appalled at that attitude, as artistic expression of any sort should be nurtured and celebrated, for we are all unique, like tiny little snowflakes! The director of "The Fast and the Furious" is remaking Highlander for Summit.

On the one hand, I enjoyed the TV series and found the movies amusingly terrible (especially 2). On the other hand, this could get ridiculously stupid very, very quickly. Either way, I intend to watch it with healthy amounts of liquor on hand when it eventually makes its way to DVD.
