Blood on the streets it's smiling at me
I probably asked about this before and probably promptly forgot.

I'm wondering, who was the artist who did the original of a once-popular icon? It was of a chibi gushing menstrual blood (with smiling faces on it) and brandishing pads and/or tampons (which also smile). If I remember right, it was a self-portrait of the artist.
