	My husband has a Livejournal, and he had been vaguely cognizant of the whole SoaP thing... but he thought people were making it up until he saw a commercial for it. "You mean they're not making it up? There really is a movie called Snakes on a Plane?" I love him so. (Reply to this)

This was when I realized that my mother is really of a different generation. She just doesn't get why the concept of Snakes on a Plane is funny in and of itself, and keeps trying to explain how snakes at high altitude would just get sleepy and you wouldn't have to worry about them. Meanwhile, I'm like, "But... SNAKES! On a PLANE! Who cares what the plot is? It's snakes on a mfing plane!"

	I remember trying to explain it to one of the nurses at work. Me: "It's this movie, called Snakes on a Plane! Haven't you heard of it?" Him: "No. What's it about?"
