Some say that Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream is a delicious treat for any God-fearing American.

You could try checking your local Ben & Jerry's. That's where I got mine today, after an unsuccessful trip to Whole Foods.

I have not been able to find Americone Dream in the stores for love or money.

Was it ever out? Because my shopping buddy (i.e. She With A Car) and I have been checking the freezers at the good grocery store faithfully, and there has been no Americone Dream. Ever. WOE.

For those who can't find it, try Albertson's, if you have one nearby. They didn't have it last week, but there it was on Friday, right under the Willie Nelson Peach Cobbler recall notice. :D

I've got it at Albertson's several times, too. In fact, I'll be over that way tomorrow; I think I'd better grab another carton or two.
