Been playing Google Seppuku?

Unfortunately, of the fic in which Kuno plays a large part, the only ones I can remember are ones where:

Kuno is actually faking his stupidity.
Kuno turns evil and/or insane.
Kuno and/or Ranma undergo a large change of behavior due to drugs, being hit in the head, or amnesia.

There this one where Kuno and Ranma get stranded on a deserted island, both lose their memories, and become a couple (Ranma being female the entire time because of no hot water). It was pretty good, except for the part where they might as well have been OCs for the way they were acting.

One heavily involving Mousse is Something's Fishy Here, a one shot comedy. There are also a few where I can't remember the title, but could do a little digging if you're interested: a short one set about a decade after the series, where Mousse has become a world famous stage magician, is coming back to Nerima to give a birthday performance for Ranma and Akane's kid, and he's being all melancholy. There's another set shortly after the end of the manga where he gets a wish, wishes to see clearly, and in addition to getting 20/20 vision, is granted extreme mental clarity, changing the way he feels about and interacts with the rest of the cast.

Some general recommendations:

Stigma, a longish one-shot where Nerima is plagued by a serial killer; very dark, but very good. Told from the viewpoint of two OC police detectives, but they spend most of the story interacting with the main cast in one way or another.
Akane the Suicidal. The series redone with the change that Akane is, from the start, cheerful, calm, non-violent, and constantly trying to kill herself. She's not depressed or anything, she's trying to kill herself just because. Ranma is roped into being her "body guard". I think that Ranma is OCly erudite in this one, but it's still really funny.
Genma ga kutsushita guujin desu!. Impossible to describe without spoiling it, but it's only two parts long, and has to be the most crack-tastic Ranma fanfic I've ever read
The Best of Times. Ranma managed to get a wish from Kuno's wishing sword, but accidentally wished to know why he can't get a moment's peace. Turns out it's all Sailor Pluto's fault, who's keeping him occupied so that he won't mess up the future Crystal Tokyo. I'm told that Pluto's "I'll do anything to ensure that Crystal Tokyo becomes a reality" mindset is OOC for her, but it's still pretty funny.
Right Moments. Ranma gets stuck in a Groundhog Day type repeating-day situation.
Pantyhose Tarou, I Choose You! and Evolve, Pantyhose, Evolve!, where Pantyhose Taro accidentally finds his way to the Pokemon universe and is mistaken for a pokemon.
Monkey HeadButting. Ryoga find a magical piece of jewelry that make you switch bodies with a person if you're wearing it when you headbutt them.
A Day in the Life of Ranker Saitama a bundle of Ranma fanfic tropes and cliches, put through the Microsoft Word spell checker.

I can only recall one Kuno-centric fic. And then only vaguely - don't remember the name or where I found it.

All I do know is that A) It's set in an AU where Jusenkyo water is somehow mass produced and widely used B) We don't even know it's Kuno until the end. (The setup has two strangers meet up in a bar and have a one-night stand later. Most of it heavily implies that the female is Ranma and the male is Ukyo. Turns out the male was Ranma and Kuno was the woman).

As for general recommendations:

Genma's Daughter: The standard by which all "Ranma was born 'Ranko'" stories are measured. (And if it isn't, it should be) Some people have had issue with the speed and apparent ease at which "Ranko" adjusts to her new status, but I thought it was handled well.

The Bitter End: A dark DARK fic involving a realistic Psychobitch!Akane and Abused!Ranma. The fic tells you right off the bat that things Don't End Well. (the story opens with an unnamed male - which we are led to assume is Ranma - visiting an institutionalized, obviously insane Akane).

Schools United: The story opens with Ranma waking up to find the Tendo sisters surrounding him, armed and terrified. There's clearly been a fight and Soun and Genma clearly caught the worst of it. Jump forward four years. Genma's an abusive, drunken asshole, Ranma is married to him and they have a son together. (all of this stems from the events in the prologue, but it takes a LONG time before things are explained)

This one's more a recommendation from others than my own. I thought that there were too many things we were asked to accept with little to no real explanation - not to mention Ranma suddenly becoming a DBZ level chi-manipulator... But others have clearly enjoyed it, so YMMV.

First off, thanks for posting this. Ranma was my second fandom, and I still have lots of love for it.

Ranko's Honor is a long one-shot. Basically, Ranma goes into a coma after getting hit on the head by Akane. He winds up in this sort of...dream world that is basically his subconcious. While there, he has to learn how to reconcile his "male" self with his "female" self. Mousse has a somewhat important role, especially in the second half of the story.

newRanma is a long, chaptered fic. Once again, Ranma gets a head injury, this time it aggravates an old injury in his brain causing him to act as a girly-girl. The story really begins after he has surgery to fix the injury. While Kuno plays a part in the story, he isn't a main character.

I think I remember "Ranko's Honor"... Isn't that the one where Ranma decides to keep his male and female "halves" separate, rather than integrate them into a new whole and the story ends with Ranma and Shampoo both pregnant and in a polygamous relationship with Mousse?

If that's the one I'm thinking of, it's a good one (although I think Akane gets the short end of the stick there)
