Looking for Fic Recs
Does anyone have any fic recs for Star Trek: Annonyager Voyager?

I've been enjoying the series on Spike, and would like to read some well-written fic for it. So, if anyone has any recs for gen/het/vanilla slash, I'd be grateful.

Thanks.

ETA: Thanks to all for the links. I'll have some fun reading to do.

(You have to switch the thing to html or the coding gets borked) I lost all of my bookmarks in March or I would have some for you.

Okay, this is a -duh- question, but what-where-how is supposed to switch to html?

This is the same coding I've used in the past. (Admittedly, I'm connecting via someone else's address, so that may have something to do with it.)

I knew it would be a -duh- question. I found it, though it's the first time this has ever defaulted to Rich Text rather than HTML.

Yeah, the upgrade did it. Don't worry! Everyone's been messing it up.

I haven't read Voyager fic since 1999 or thereabouts, but here are a couple of classics:

The Talking Stick/Circle series by Macedon and Peg Robinson: Macedon's Taverna, Redux. Very AU, but fantastic.

For good Janeway fic, try m.c. moose.

I don't have any fic recs but I'm totally using Annoyager the next time I catch my mom watching it. Which will probably be tomorrow.

Be my guest. I wish I remembered who actually coined it. It was on some fan page back in the day, and the name's always stuck with me.

This is terribly self-promotional and so many of the stories don't stand the test of time but I used to write Voyager fic, it was my first fandom and I'm brave enough to give you a link to my old geocities page which has every bit of Voyager fic I ever wrote.

http://us.geocities.com/michaelmouse.geo/Joanne.html

And the link to the main index with stories by other writers (I think the links still work). I highly recommend Amirin.

I haven't read Be Careful What You Wish For, on this site: http://home.att.net/~samzmom/BWfictionhome.html for ages, but I remember it being v. good.

Also, I have much love for Revisionist History, here: http://home.columbus.rr.com/ejvoyager/indie_stories_index.htm

A lot of the stuff at Your Cruise Director's site is also well worth a look : http://www.loveboatfanfic.com/fanfic/loveboat.htm

Enjoy!

Someone else coined the word during the pre-Seven of Nine/deus ex machina/hit the re-set button again/what bit of the prime directive doesn't Janeway understand era, and at the time, it seemed to fit. The premise was good, but the programme never lived up to its potential.

For some reason, despite all its many faults, I've been enjoying it in re-runs. But it will forever be enshrined as Star Trek: Annoyager in my heart.

I've always loved it to pieces, but I do understand what they mean.
Besides, it's always better to rip on the things you love.

For me, it's that Star Trek I actually really like :)
We have six of the seasons on dvd. Never heard Annoyager before, though.. But I see what you mean, they do tend to go "it was all an alternate universe/this simple button fixed it".

Here's a Janeway/7 archive that has a pretty large selection even if the woman who runs the archive can't be arsed to ask the authors before uploading their fic ~grumblegrumble~. Word of warning, if you aren't into mpreg, you might want to stay away from my fic (I'm sadisticferret there too). ~cough~
