LOTR-opoly is FUN. You can make the game shorter by playing with the One Ring token- it starts at Bag End, and every time you roll the Eye of Sauron on one of the die (it replaces 1), it moves forward one property, and once it reaches Mount Doom, the game ends immediately and the person with the most assets on hand wins. I only wish it had a Gollum token, woe.

This is going to sound like a really dumb question because I feel like I *should* remember this, but my husband wants to know what the music in the end of the Commie monopoly video is. I know it's in like every other music box in the world, but I can't remember what it is. Can anyone help?

There's this one, and there used to be another one, an older one from when it was still Winston Cup, but they don't have that one anymore. And there were a few more on Amazon too. I'm coveting the Dale Earnhardt one.

I want the Star Wars one to compliment my Star Wars Trivial Pursuit. Mostly because I want to see how quickly my friends and I can turn SW Monopoly into a drinking game, too. Not cause I'm a really huge geek, oh no

I had the Star Wars Monopoly many many years ago when I was on a huge Star Wars kick. Too bad all the pieces went missing. I might still have the tokens somewhere.

I remember they had a Scooby-Doo edition of Monopoly (and their own version of Clue, fittingly enough).

Like everybody else I have Star Wars cause my brother bought it ages ago. Ever since playing KotOR I have loved SW and won't let anyone throw it away.

But I find these tie in games pretty tacky.

We've got the SW one too, like everyone else.

The electronic banking one is really shiny, but I looked it up on ebay and it's also really popular. The one that got me, though, was the mention of a Pokemon one in the comments. I looked it up, went "squeee!", and bid on it. Hopefully I'll win it and not get bot-outbid.

Just seeing the LOTR one has me ready for Christmas, and the inevitable demands from my younger cousin that I and other family members play Monopoly with him after dinner. He will also refuse to play unless he can be Legolas.

My husband and I sent my friend the "A Christmas Story" version of Monopoly for Christmas this year. It has a leg lamp piece. They are fighting over who gets to use it, from the email we got.

We first saw the game at a board game store in Edmond, Ok. Quail Springs Mall if you are from around these parts. If not, you can get it on Amazon, we bought it through them for our friends in Atlanta.
