A Request for Help
A friend of mine runs the Classic Horror website and recently they experienced a minor disaster which not only took out a great deal of the site, but fate also ate many of the back-ups. He's trying to search the web for saved bits and pieces and is having little luck.

I know that the people here are amazing at finding lost and hidden bits and pieces and I'm hoping you have some advice because I think there are far easier ways to find what he's lost see here than the way he's going about it.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Recommendations? Any and all would be appreciated, as I really love this website and I'd like to do what I can to help reconstruct it.

Edit: Tried the wayback machine, but as the missing material is mostly >5 months in age, it didn't work very well. However, almost everything has been recovered, due to diligence and the google cache.

I'm still interested in any other tips people might have for the finding of vanished/eaten/deleted stuff.

Someone's tried the Wayback Machine already, I'd assume?

There is a website/program that will dig through search engine cache AND the wayback machine, and anything else it can find and restore a site for you.

I just can't remember what it's called at the moment :(
