Don't know what your venue is, but it worked for me at the Kimmel Center website, FWIW.

It's the Cleveland show. I tried their site and there is a promo code spot but it's pure evil.

What you may have to do is go to the site directly, not through Izzard's link, and then enter the promo code when it prompts you. That's what I had to do for Denver, which is non-Ticketmaster.

As am I (though probably less so, since I'm at NYC at the moment), but it makes sense. He's not even hitting every state, so he's pretty much gotta stick to the big cities.
