	I think even Joss Whedon gave the 'fanfic ok' to the fans after BtVS ended. I think a lot of writers / tv folks take the 'don't ask, don't tell' type approach. As long as they have 'plausible deniability' they're good. ;) (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Joss Whedon's been pro-fanfic for quite some time, as have a number of his writers. Jane Espenson (Buffy writer) says Joss gave her the OK to read porn fic since "they can't accuse us of plagiarism". (Paraphrased, since I don't have the exact quote handy. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
