	Terl (John Travolta). Narcissistic and incompetent. Works for a vile, money-hungry organization, bent on world domination, which is responsible for all kinds of cruelty towards innocent human beings. In this movie, however, he plays an alien named Terl. I lol'ed. :D (Reply to this)

Oh, God, this movie. A friend of mine dragged me to see it with her, because it was her turn to pick the movie and she was a die-hard Travolta fan (this did a lot to kill the love, though). We sat traumatized/transfixed with "WTF" looks plastered to our faces the entire movie (I wanted to leave, but she was driving and desperate to stay in the futile hope that it might get better). I think a large part of my soul died while watching that movie.

	I got a bit cross-eyed reading it. Even the recap couldn't shield me from the WTFery of this movie ("What? They capture them....now they teach them their language...and how to fly a fucking plane? What?"). I had a better time understanding their recap for Xanadu. I may have to read it again this weekend. (Reply to this)(Parent)
