Hunh. Interestingly, Ms. Stone has removed the allegedly-infringed entry from her blog. And the ones that followed it and went into even more detail about her legal endeavors.

I wonder if it was in reaction to the DMCA issue, or caused it. (I.e. perhaps someone gave her what would seem to be common-sense legal advice of "Don't post publicly about the details of your plans to sue people; you should remove those entries" and then oops, look, someone's quoted them elsewhere.)
