Oh, no :(

It makes me so sad when veteran Disney people die. i know everyone is mortal, but - I grew up with those movies, and the voice actors of some characters have remained the same for ages - nrr.

I had a somewhat similar feeling in that, even though he's been retired for years, I still think it's sort of the final death knell for a dynasty, y'know?

Heard about it on Cartoon Brew yesterday. They've collected sentiments there, in comments and full posts, from many famous animation people (Brad Bird, Tom Sito, John Canemaker, etc.) as well as several lesser-known readers of the site. Good stuff to sift through.

I never met Ollie, but he had a tremendous impact on my life.
