Gabe of Penny Arcade has started a Ustream account so fans can watch him do the comics in Photoshop and when he's done there's a few minutes of question/answer. It's really interesting to watch if you're into digital art, even if you don't like the comic. On his Ustream account he's got three recordings, and he's got a Twitter account, and it gets announced in the RSS feed (LJ feed, also for the moment, anyway).
