Where do you get your toys? (Online, that is.)
I'm going to be moving in a few months to a town where there's no boat, no motorcar, not a single luxury no Target or Wal-Mart or Toys R Us in the town. And the only toy store is one of those educational ones that stocks things like Playmobil and overpriced dolls. (I've ordered from Wal-Mart and Toys R Us online in the past and thought they were... okay, but their selection is usually lacking.)

So... where do you go for toys online without paying too much for them? If it helps at all, I'm mostly interested in Mighty Muggs, Star Wars, Power Rangers and WWE/TNA toys.

I do most of my online shoping from Amazon.com but I've never searched the toy section.

Amazon's toy prices are all over the place, and a lot of their stuff comes from secondary market dealers. You can get good prices and hard to find stuff, but always always always check the shipping cost beforehand. It varies widely from dealer to dealer.

I can HIGHLY recommend them. I have always had good customer service and the one time there was a problem with a shipment, they did all the right things to resolve it.

Ooh. *clicks through* But it looks like they only sell action figures in sets. Bummer. (And there's going to be a Harley Quin figure? WANT)

Also, does this strike anyone else as a somewhat inappropriate tie-in?

I don't know, but I am totally in love with Tater of the Lost Ark. I got my niece and nephew Darth Tater and a stormtrooper tater, but damn, if I don't want my own...

I have gotten individual action figures from them. Maybe the ones I want they are not pushing in set.

They had that whip at the Hasbro display at Toy Fair. It was interesting to play with. I think the person who did the copy had a little fun with it. But it plays the Indie theme as it makes the whip sound or the one I played with did.

Eee! Darth Vader nesting dolls!

And they have a whole Halo subsection! I know where I'll be dropping some money come July when Arby comes out...

What ARE Mighty Muggs anyways? I keep seeing them in stores but the box tells me nothing other than the fact that they're made from 100% recycled awesome!

Awesome, chunky action figures. Han Solo is my favorite.

So just action figures? Okay, that makes sense! The first time I saw them their heads were so big I thought they might be bobble heads. But when the box told me nothing I didn't want to buy any because I didn't know what I was getting.

Now I'll have to think about it...

Han's head doesn't bobble, but it rotates. It doesn't have great articulation or anything, but the parts do move. I just think he's great looking. Now to get an Indy to put next to him.

Seconding the Babeland love! When I had something shipped to me, they said it'd probably be two weeks shipping. I said ok, and went about my life. It appeared at the door two days later. :D :D :D

I also have no actual constructive help for OP. Sorry.

eBay -- you can save a ton if you buy loose figures.
