alias fandom.
So, Alias. I've watched it all with friends over the past few months and I am intrigued by the crack of it all. Where's the fandom at? Is it still active? Where's the interesting fic? Where's the good porn? (Any and all pairings, I'm not picky, just curious.) I've been Googling a bit, but not turning up much, sadly. Is this one of those shows that doesn't have much of a fandom?

The unequalled Anna S. wrote a treasury of Jack/Vaughn which remains some of the best anything I've ever read.

Dang, I just got into it, too. I'm still in mid 4th season though. Almost gave up after season 2, with the hard right into WTF-why-do-we-care land, but I hung in.

I'm highly interested in any communities (porn), but sadly I expect the pairings that I want to see most aren't going to be there, because they are heavily LOL-Wut.

I'll just say that the WTF continues to flow freely well into the 5th season. (I'm halfway through now.)

And now you have to tell me what lulz pairings you want to see as a fellow latecomer to all this good fun.

Thing is I have a deep and abiding love of seriously fucked up relationships, which honestly, this show offers a lot of potential for.

So if anyone wrote a Dom!Angry!Frustrated-cuz-my-guy-got-married-to-someone-else!Sydney/Wide-eyed!what-the-hell-did-I-get-myself-into!Weiss rebound screw, I'd be all over it.

I'm kinda suckery for Jack/Arvin Slone, which is pretty lulzy-old. But they've got this lovely codependence/love/hate thingie going on.

I'd Love me some Will/fake!Francie/Sark or alternatively Vaugn/Lauren/Sark. Maybe with drugs or bondage or something.

There was that time when they had him hostage and were fucking with his mind ... and ... yeah, it wasn't a far leap. It would be totally non-con on Vaugns part. Mostly PWP.

For some reason I just really want Sark to be bisexual and involved in a lot of threesome hedonism of the dubious or full on non-con variety. I've always had a thing for the canon sluts, and Sark seems to be the most slutty of this particular canon.

I have this whole plotty scenario in my mind for Will after he's dropped off the radar after season 3. Not!Francie recovering, deciding she still has mixed up lingering feelings for Will, wanting to punish him and still have him be her puppy at the same time. Sark is both amused and indulgent, and thinks it will jive in with some new drug/hypnotism therapy he's working on acquiring. Will slips up and calls his mom or something, Francie traces it back and nabs him. The therapy turns out to be awesome and they end up turning him into their happy housekeeper/bedmate/analyst. Every time Will starts wondering about his situation too much Francie just re-hypnotizes him. And much fucked-up domestic contentment is had for the next couple of years until Sydney comes back, figures out the sitch, and kicks everyone's butt. Francie ends up dead, Sark goes off to Lauren, and Will needs lots and lots of therapy. Happy ending for all!

And Sark is totally a canon slut with a bad English accent, the best kind! :D

Alias used to have a bustling and active fandom. And then the fifth season happened. Woe.

There used to be lots of fics at http://sd-1.net/ but I haven't been there in years and can't remember my password anymore.

Jack/Irina FTW!

I was in the fandom briefly before I got into HP in mid 2003 and Jenny O. ([info]jennyo on LJ) used to host a large Alias slash/femslash archive, but I can't remember the exact URL.

I wasn't into the fandom atall, but one of my favorite authors (iscaris over on lj) wrote some really great Alias stuff which can be found here.

She writes in a bunch of fandoms which can be found at that same site. I'd pretty much rec any one of her fics from any one of her fandoms.

I found an archive of Alias fics here. It looks like mostly J/I. And I know that krisenreine was a part of a trio of authors who wrote J/I and Jack/Katya fics (I mostly read J/I, how did you ever guess?). Occasionally the Alias fic lj groups have fics posted. There was someone who posted this massive Syd/Vaughn, Jack/Irina fic that had chapters into the hundreds. I can't remember where it was posted though. But it was pretty cracktastic. Nothing like Irina Derevko secretly ruling Russia and being the daughter of Anastasia. Oh, and I believe there were rats that ate babies too.
