"I Love the World" of Video Gaming
An utterly charming version of the Discovery Channel's ad, done with footage from various video games.

The world needs MOAR Bear Grylls singing.

It's a crime that "I love arachnids" doesn't have a head crab.

I think the "I love Egyptian kings" line should accompanied by Tomb Raider, or something thematically similar. =)

Somewhat off topic, but... is it totally weird for me to want to burst into happy tears whenever I see the original commercial? Because seriously, I can't watch it without tearing up. It perfectly summarizes all that is cool and moving and beautiful about the earth and the people on it, and why, no matter how many wankers air their idiocy or how much crap the world spouts out, I think everything and everyone is wonderful.

Damnit, I'm tearing up right now thinking about it! I am so lame. -_-

Not at all, not at all. The first time I saw it it took me by such surprise I cried, too.
