What are the best comms on LJ for Watchmen fandom newcomers? Seeing as I just read it (and loved it, of course) and am looking forward to the movie without all the wank and new fan hate.

Oddly enough, I'm content with the canon ships and would much rather read some nice gen fic. That and I think Rorschach and sex agree with each other.

This coming from the fanboy whose read many, many porn fics with ships of all sorts.

But I'll gladly hop on watchdom, thank you.

INORITE? I had to help my mother (a middle school teacher) find a good reference pic of Sue Storm-Richards because all the teachers have to dress as superheroes next week. It took me an hour and a half using GIS to find a good one. It would have only taken 20 minutes with s_d :(
