Machinarium is kind of a cute adventure game. It's pure point and click with some fun puzzles thrown in. Not very hard or long, I'd say about ten hours of play time. It lagged a little on my machine, which doesn't quite meet the minimum requirements, but nothing too bad.

You can try the demo on machinarium.net or buy it from several different sites. Costs somewhere between 15-20 euros.

It's good, then? I'm glad to hear that! I'd ordered it for a friend's birthday, and she's not really a big gamer, but she likes riddle games, and I found the screenshots I saw just lovely.

I'm playing the demo right now, and this is exactly the kind of computer game I loved to play as a little kid. I wish I wasn't stuck right now, though!

There's a sort of a built in walkthrough in the game. In the upper right corner when the inventory box opens up there's a book type of thing. If you click on it you'll have to play through a very simple side scroller game, after which you'll see a comic book form solution to the room you're in.

Same here. And I'm incredibly uncoordinated and can't pass the book game to get the answer v_v'
