I don't think we have any canonical evidence either way as to whether Mia had spiritual powers (and she'd certainly be trained in them as Pearl was if she did) and one could argue that her bloodline abilities made it easier for her to be channeled.

But her lawyerly badass would far outweigh her spiritual abilities even if she had them.
