Mmm, VigOrli. Meat and potatoes of the LOTRIPS fandom.

It's too well-liked... Getting hard to find decent fic anymore.

Honestly, as far as I'm concerned, he's with that Kate girl and it's rather sweet, really. Though I'd be infinitely more intrigued if he was with Any Given Rings Actor That Wasn't Viggo, just for variety's sake.
