You are not special or being cool just because you say "ZOMG BBM is stupid but I haven't seen it because it's like a love story and I hate Westerns and everyone just likes it because it has teh gay anyway so there".

You are being a fuckhat. Please take note of this and do something about it. Like actually go see the movie before you start insulting fans, kthnx.

I gotta say, I enjoyed the moral of Mambo Italiano which seemed to be: "Well, fuck that shit."

I gotta see Saving Face. People keep reccing that one to me. I'm just relieved to find out that contrary to how reviews phrased it, it's not about some chick doing her pregnant mother. So I can stop putting it off.

It was good. Funny, good dialogue, the twists weren't predictable, good acting and pretty, pretty people.

And Mary Walsh! But sadly she didn't put on her warrior outfit.

And the reviews were like... I can't pinpoint exactly, but they made it seem like THAT was their crisis. I got pretty weirded out after a while.

Is Mambo Italiano any good? All I know is that one hardly-out-of-teens customer brought it back to me in tears saying there were gay people in it and her husband was really angry. All I could do next time she hired not to say, "There's Asian people in this one. Will your husband allow you to watch it?" But it's left me with a vague desire to see MI despite all the offputting comparisons to My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

Cheerleader will always have that special place in my heart, but Mambo Italiano is pretty awesome. Especially for the end. That was a great end.
