Over on her lj, gacktisgod aka 0s_a_b_r_i_n_a0 aka Sabrina of, you guessed it, Gackt fandom has not only found herself barred from Dears, the official Gackt fanclub, and all her concert reservations denied, but she is livid and vowing revenge.

If the name sounds familiar, it should. In a previous wank , Sabrina is the same girl who was blacklisted from Dears because of a stalking incident in Australia. Sabrina claims that it was a case of mistaken identity, but it led to her blacklisting from the fanclub the first time. The wank report is now lost but details were provided by over on this thread regarding the deletion and the wiki entry has been fixed to reflect this by the lovely tez.

This relates to the current wank. Sabrina sends in her renewal form and money and discovers to her horror, that the ban has not been lifted.



Sabrina feels Dears and Gackt owe her for the following and seems to think that she is responsible for the build up of Gackts foriegn fanbase.

Who helped the majority of Gackt's foreign fans in Japan (and even overseas) get into the fanclub? Me. Who spent almost her entire Las Vegas Gackt fanclub trip sleepless because she was helping all the Japanese members out by translating, since Dears didn't have the forsight to hire enough (or any) English speaking staff for the trip? Me. Who spent on the order of about $10,000 a year on Gackt merchandise, trips, events, concerts, CDs, etc.? Me. Who still helps other fans call in for tickets even when she herself can't go? Me. Who helps overseas fans order and buy thousands of dollars worth of Gackt merchandise? Me. Who took the time to write up detailed reports of insider trips, events and concerts so those unable to go could know what went on and look forward to someday maybe going themselves? Oh yeah. That would be... me. Are we seeing a theme here? And I'm sure there are lots of other things I have done that I just can't think of right now because all it's doing is blinding me with anger.

But she has a plan to get back at Gackt!

1) I *will* continue to cover Gackt's songs in English in order to build a fanbase out of of his fans.

2) I *will* have GacktJOB members play on my CD if I have to scrape every penny I have together to pay for it. And then all his fans will have to buy my CD.

3) I *will not* spend another dime on this man. (And, by the way, Dears? I *will* still get in to those concerts or any other Gackt concerts that I want to, and you will not see a dime of it. Not a single yennie. Because I have my ways. And I *always* get what I want. Just ask those who know me best.)

4) I *will most likely* begin selling every single piece of Gackt merchandise that I own.

5) I *will* sue Dears for fraud. (Anyone else who has been blacklisted or discriminated against is free to join in.)


You can also see her make death threats in a previous entry. But they aren't as interesting as the ones she made in January when the stalking incident and primary blacklisting occurred (here's another old entry related to it).

Yesterday, Sabrina has stepped up on her plans to file a law suit against Gackt by contacting a prefectural law office. She means business.

Step one: Call to make a consultation appointment with the Saitama Prefectural Law Office = CHECK!

Step two: Call Dears to let them know if some shit don't change SIGNIFICANTLY in the next week (before the supposed "second-chance" call-in), that I *DO* have an appointment with said lawyer on the 24th of November, and we *WILL BE* discussing the legal ramifications of their actions = CHECK!
