Is this wank? Whatever it is, it makes me sad to admit that I actually know about half the people involved in the thread.

Bitch, that's my icon! I am the only person in the world who removes tags like that! And now all my friends and I will gang up on you and mock every tiny spelling error you make!

Hee. I love how hardtobreath's username spelling and grammatical erros have perfect relevance to the dispute in question.


You know, because she probably meant to say, "Yes, I did steal your precious icon" but mangled it up so badly that it came out as: "I made it myself."


If anyone's curious enough to compare the icons, this is accuser's and this one is so-called thief's icon.

I especially love that the entire argument takes place in a community for advertising RPGs.

What icons were showing? The icons originally there seem to have been defaulted to others so I just glanced at their userpics and saw that these two icons were the only ones that were at all similar/from the same source.

They were based on this picture. Considering how much the image would have be shrunken down in order to be 100x100, I don't see how you could really tell one detagging from another. But hey, I'm no expert, and I don't have amazing credentials like "ability to spell 'breathe' right every single time."

I love how the so-called thief apparently added part of the picture back into the icon in the process of stealing it. More of her torso and more of her elbow are visible on that one.

Wow...that was some seriously immature crap. But considering it was a bunch of teenies i'm not surprised.

This whole icon stealing thing drives me nuts. As i've said before, people like to make icons out of popular pictures. Lots of people end up making icons out of the same pictures, it doesn't mean they STOLE it from you. The pictures are public domain. Give me a freaking break.

But you know, hardtobreath really missed a golden opportunity to make fun of the username of making_out.
