The return of Victoria Bitter/Amy Player/Jordan Wood/Mr. Frodo
Everyone knows about crazy ol' VB and the Bit-of-Earth scandal, right? Well, apparently he/she has returned to 'confess her sins'.

Is this for real? Only time will tell.

EDIT: elance (who claims to have founded the LotR slash fandom) blames VB for making the LOTR and LOTRPS fandom a byword and a joke that has scattered into tiny communities with no trust and no feeling of safety.

(And I want to know about the girl who was with VB and Blossom and whose virginity they wanted to give to Sean Bean because that's just guffaw worthy.) ETA: narcissam has the goods on that particular tidbit here.

EDITBOMBAHOY: Some of the replies are less than convinced about the sincerity of amy_player's 'confession.' Others seem genuinely glad to hear from him/her, if it indeed really IS him/her.

VB, however, has yet to reply to any more of the comments. Could this be the end?

EDITMONSTAH: Anonymousie 'Susan' who is apparently a former roommate of VB and OB's posts to say that the tone and blame going on in this LJ shows to me that the great manipulation of Amy Player and Abigail Stone continues. She then berates the two for using and scamming so many people.

EDITASAURUS: VB/Amy Player posts for what he/she says will be the last time.

I have said my piece and taken responsibility for all my lies and misdeeds in the fandoms I was involved in and all the people I hurt, and I have clarified the things that were unclear. I will still be watching this for people whom I owe private apologies to to come forward and give me contact information, and I will send those people apologies individually as needed. However, I am not getting drawn back into fandom, and there will be no more public posts under this or any other identities, and private correspondance will only be forthcoming with those whom I had actual relationships with.

Back on the other thread, amy_player/VB also posts explaining why he/she chose to use his/her old name of 'Amy Player' online and asks that all of his/her LotR artwork, stories, reviews, etc. be obliterated for good.

Still rings false. We ALL know you have mental problems. Your "confession" is excuses. Your "confession" is blame. Your "confession" should have been private to start with. You lost the greatest treasures that were right in front of you. Friends. Confess you used us. Confess you used us with Abby. I remember what you told me two summers ago when Jeanine and I saw you in Hollywood. It that the reason? Does Abby still do that? Should that be public knowledge? I'm sure that was a lie too. Amy, lies catch up to you.

You "will send apologies individually as needed"? What kind of crap is that? As needed? Contact me as I can send stuff on to others who may not want you to have their contact info. Amy, you cannot be trusted. You do know that you earned that label. Who did you have a relationship with? Not any of us who were "closest" to you. We were just there for you to suck us dry and give BOE and you a feeling of legitamcy to the stars.

While, in a way, I appreciate you saying something, that's commendable. But (take notes) TRUTHFULLY you sound like a snobby, self-absorbed, manipulative, idiotic bitch. This apology is worth nothing to me, because after reading the first paragraph you still sound like the same old Amy.

Chill out, go back to school or something, cause you need to be normal (not talking gender, I don’t care about that, good on you that you're starting to get it figured out) But for real- You're a loser. What have you done with you're life besides be deviant and lie? I went to my prom, I have ASOME friends, I have a favorite English professor, and last night I had dinner with my two little brothers and my dad and my step mom- and I loved it. What did you do Amy?

And you knew that you were lying- just like I did Amy. Knowledge you weren't aware you were making up? Each one of those three problems is pure B.S. and you know it. And you KNEW your weren’t going to die when you “tryed” to kill yourself, just like I did once when I was 14 years old. I had a lot of the same problems you did Amy, but now I’m happy. Something that you, obviously, are not. Boo hoo hoo.
