Lonelygirl15 is a fictional YouTube blogger turned multi-character interactive fandom. OpAphid is the ARG (Alternate Reality Game) dimension of the story, where fans get to solve clues, pick up 'drops' and decode files by working together.

Only it seems that's not strictly true. After allegations that the PM (Puppet Master, or guy in charge of the ARG) offered answers to puzzles in return for nude pictures of female players and spied on private player chats, players are up in arms. Cue allegations of underage porn and crimes of a sexual nature, predictions of forum doom, and confessions and rebuffals. And won't someone think of the children?

Then the PM gets fired and people start worrying about the game again. Besides, it's all her fault, anyway.

Now it's spilling out into the rest of the forum with threads defending the PM, posting the chat logs (and bahleeting them again), and semi-anonymously complaining about everything.
