I was a huge Harry Potter fan, but when I read that piece of vomit wonderful article, specifically this part:

That’s why I don’t want him in my house. I don’t believe that you really want him in yours either!

I realised, I don't want him in my house! Thanks for shoving your opinion down my throat opening my eyes!

One of the villians in her appallingly written little antiHarry is The Turk? Did the Pope call for another Crusade and I just missed the memo?

Oh, the funny, the funny. But the best part is:

Believe that and you’ll have no problem believing that the ouija board is only a game.

I don't know about y'all, but at my house the evil spirits inhabit the Pokemon Monopoly game.

“Years ago at Morningvale I remember sitting in my father’s lap in the library, my favorite room. Vaulted ceiling and book shelves lining every wall from floor to ceiling, logs ablaze in the fireplace. Father was reading to me from the poems of Robert Frost, an American poet.

“...the woods are lovely, dark and deep, But I have promises to keep And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep.”

“Sean,” he said as he put the book down, “never make a promise unless you intend to keep it. And, once having made it, let nothing short of death prevent you from making good on it.”

Could somebody whip up a good incestuous version of this?

Danka!

Typing in the words ‘harry potter’ in a search on the Internet here’s what I got:” The 8th-ranked listing on this site is this: "The Unofficial Harry Potter Fan Club" This site is innocent enough--- that is, if you don't mind your children being introduced on this site to TAROTCARDS--just two clicks from the search engine listing.

So, I typed "Search for the City" into Google. I clicked on the 3rd-ranked listing. Two clicks away? An article on the resurgence of "adult entertainment" in Las Vegas: Sexy waitresses change their lingerie uniforms in shifts, getting more provocative as the night wears on, while other phenomenally enhanced servers offer tequila shots from their bare bosoms. et cetera.

So Harry Potter=Tarot Cards TAROTCARDS. Search for the City=Porn.

Maybe I do want to read his book.

The whole crazed religious anti-HP group scared me less before I realized one thing: the reason they are so scared of HP is that they believe witchcraft is REAL.

And they don't just believe that there are people who "practice" witchcraft who might corrupt their little darlings - there ARE people who study and claim to practice magic. Rather, the psycho parents believe that witchcraft WORKS. (And of course its power comes from Satan, blah blah blah.)

I thought these people die out in Salem.

Likewise every girl really longs for a knight in shining armor to ride up on a white horse, sweep her off her feet and ride off into the sunset....however, in our intensely “women are equal” world, they rightfully fear that this attitude would not be very well received.

They fear being vomited upon, maybe.

Lady, you may be longing for some guy in a rusty metal suit to drag you off to clean his castle, but don't presume to speak for those of us who prefer to have our own castle and our own horse.

I just love that this person is apparently allergic to the word "warlock."
