It's about numbers.
oberon1972 (note the year!) posts to doctorwho (on LJ) with a subject header saying Issueees!:

I must seriously take issue with folk referring to the Doctors as numbers, as in 10, 7, 5 or whatever.

And he throws a "Baker was the BEST" in there too, making several spelling mistakes along the way.

Wank ensues, over, among other things, dates of birth as qualifications for having an opinion on the show:

Then it gets really fun, as oberon1972 makes not one, not two, not three, but FOUR posts to the community proclaiming he's had enough, and he's leaving!
