Looking for a place to srtart.
How do you make the flashing icons? What program seems to work the best? I've got Paintshop Pro 7, might be getting Photoshop soon.

I use Animation Shop, which comes free with PSP. It's fairly simple to use, and more than sufficient if you just want stuff to flash. ^_^

Please do not make flashing icons. They are blights upon the face of journals. Plus, they make my head hurt
