When MovieHole mucks it up. X-Files Wank ensues.
It seems some places are desperate for X-Files news - so desperate it seems, that they're willing to post without any research and make it up (original article) (from MovieHole - Note, this article has changed several times as you will see):

X-Files 2 storyline details
Date : November 30, 2007 Writer : Clint Morris

"Casting is underway in Canada on “Done One”…. Or, as the cool kids like to call it down Nakatomi Plaza-way…. “The Untitled X-Files Sequel”. And I was lucky enough to have a chat to a little green man about what we can expect from Mulder and Scully’s return to the big screen.
The E.T offered me limited details in exchange for a bit of ass hair, I obliged. So now I can tell you ... that the new film will feature mostly new characters – because Mulder and Scully are still on the run, so it’s whoever they bump into on their new travels, in their new locale. But more so, it’s a return to basics…. Centering on alien abductions.
Set in a non-descript town, “XF2” opens with an investigation into an alleged Frankenstein-type named Dr. Donarra. According to a former patient, the man’s a nutter – he keeps foetuses in a jar, and toys with the organs of extra terrestrials. But according to the doc, he’s merely “working hard to prevent children with non-survivable birth defects”.
Of course, that’s not exactly true – as evidenced by a scene that follows where the mysterious doc requests a private conversation with his secretary, Vanessa. There’s something strange about this chick though – she refers to herself in the third person , as if she’s merely taken over Vanessa’s body and is supposed to be taking her “medicine” to cloak whatever Donarra’s wants cloaked.
The first big moment of the film occurs in a travel agency where a crazed man – someone convinced of alien life – is holding some folks hostage. Agents Winlock, Darby and Plummer (the new Mulder, by the sounds of it) are in charge of the hostage situation – and promise the man safe passage for him and doctor Schwartz. The kidnapper wants to take the doctor to an alien abduction site.
Other characters in the film include female agent Samantha Pitney, and Robert Coe – sounds like he’s one of the main’s – a police psychic who we’re introduced to early on in the film when he volunteers to search for a missing girl (no doubt another alien abductee). Coe’s a mysterious one too… seems he’s under investigation for murdering his own son. I’m thinking Lance Henriksen might be in the mix to play this character (and not Frank Black, the character he played on the series) – it seems to fit him like a coaxial chord in a TV.
Now I don’t know when Mulder and Scully enter the picture, but it sounds like it’s not in the first half hour of the movie."

Someone at the Haven  picks up on it and pokes holes through this guy's entire story.  Someone suggests they e-mail the guy.  And they do.   Someone makes it a point to point out "I get the impression from other places that they don't practice with the highest journalistic standards over there. It makes Ain't It Cool News looks like the Washington Post."

Mr. MovieHole guy e-mails one Haven member back, with this
I never watched the show, so couldn't 'work any harder'.

here's one of the 6 or 7 sides i received from a casting director for DONE ONE.

And goes on to send the member the side script for one of the characters, which is just a portion of a really old script from the series.  MovieHole guy is still clueless.

THEN, Mr. MovieHole guy goes on to change his
Casting is underway in Canada on “Done One”…. Or, as the cool kids like to call it down Nakatomi Plaza-way…. “The Untitled X-Files Sequel”.
Yesterday I ran what seemed to be the rough plot for the new film.... only, it seems, it wasn't. Which is strange - because the plot was taken from the "sides" they're using for the new film. After one of the X-Philes threatened to kill my family and burn down my house - no kidding! man, some should really consider contraception - I yanked it down.

Ohh.. nice shot there Mr. MovieHole guy - do your research first and there won't be any problems.  After a head count at the Haven, it appears no member of the Haven Mafia had threathened the guy. Moving on....

Someone on the Haven board, yet again posts the dialogue from the episodes (as noted in these stories here , here , and here )  that the sides are clearly from old episodes.  So, did they save the calamity?

No sir!

MovieWeb picks up on the story!  Everyone disses MovieWeb in the comments!

MovieHole Guy goes ahead and changes
Seems Chris Carter is keeping the plot to the "X-Files" sequel a secret for the moment. He's auditioning actors based on sides made up of scenes from the series (so I've been informed by about twenty or so X-Philles - a couple of them real nice folks too; and a few out-and-out whack jobs!) - with the names of the characters changed to reflect new characters in the sequel.

So here ya go X-Philes.Download a side from "Done One".

But remember, it's a plot from the series you're reading.... nothing new here besides the character names.

His hole gets dug a little deeper, he posted the entire slide - does this mean a DMCA notice? One never knows!!  Anyway the article, in its ever changing state is here.  One thing is clear, MovieHole guy needs to stick to what he knows - because clearly he knows nothin' of the X-Files and should stay far, far away from it!

And by another show of hands, the Haven Mafia still claims they had nothign to do with it! :P
