We are now armed with a list of fifty-four attorneys within 100 miles of Journalfen's headquarters and we have to see which one will be willing to take it on, and how much it's going to set us back.

I've been putting this off for almost two years now, hoping this annoying little fleabite would just fade into the background, like most of the old fan stuff, but it keeps sticking its malicious little nose in and enough is enough already.

If I have to set one foot inside that court, metaphorically speaking, I intend to take down everyone with me: Journalfen, the 'fan' site itself, the 'moderators' of the fan site, the individual writer/s of the 'wiki' entries. I will name everyone and anyone I can in that court. I will take them all for personal damages, damages to income, book sales, reputation, psychological damage, loss of revenue, damage to my cat, its hat and the dog it rode in on.

No, I'm not kidding. I wish I was. Because I really, really do NOT want to do this. I have better things to do. But I will do it. You can count on it.

And it was hard choosing just those few, let me tell you.
