"I am disappointed in Jensen Ackles"
So, check it.
SPN fandom has (or had, really) a little LJ comm and a corresponding website called People for the Ethical Treatment of Jensen Ackles, or PETJA, or spn_petja. It was basically all about mocking Ackles, mostly for saying stuff like "unpossible," (no, really ETA: It's a Simpsons reference. I'm just dumb) which then gave rise to PSA "Jensen Ackles is functionally illiterate - won't you please help him" videos and the like. Or something. Anyway, remember RESPECT wank and the "talentless asshole" icons? Much of what PETJA satirizes is the overreactive Ackles and Jared Padalecki fans who will cry tears of blood should anyone diss them. They also profess their deep love of Jensen and hope he will someday become successful. It's amazing that they can do both at once, but subtle is their comedy art. They are also Capslockers. I think. It's all down the same street.
Well, it used to be. Apparently Ackles' team of fun-ruining poopy heads have focused their lasers and nuked the house of the rising PETJA and its corresponding websites with a C&D. Maybe. Nobody is offering any proof, which surprisingly does not sit well with some people as the PETJAers and their supporters moan about how very disappointed they are in Jennywenny.
As one of the creators of the comms, Icymorning has a lot to say and uses far too many poetic metaphors to say it! Did you think it was a prank? No! PETJA would never prank anyone! All of that is dirty lies!
And then sometime during the night she deleted her journal!
Because there are somehow "legal ramifications" to just plain wanking about it, Tpanda made icons to show your support with the letter K which stands for... katagelophobia, the fear of ridicule. No, I actually don't know. Maybe it's kolpophobia, the fear of female genitals, which is something that really would unite SPN fandom. It's probably something boring, like someone's name.
On the opposing side, there is Nardasarmy's quick and efficient summary, which pisses off Affectingly. Vinylroad thinks (and thinks a lot) that Jennybean has every right to be annoyed. Esorlehcar expresses cynicism. But then there's Titti, who thinks fandom should stick t'getha, mates and Jensen is a rotten person and we never liked him anyway so there and also you shouldn't talk about the actors AT ALL because there would be less wank! Oh, and btw, she would also like you to know that Jared is a dick.
Continuing, Wendy thinks this is all Mob Mentality and would like you to make up your damn minds, sheeple! Giandujakiss calls shenanigans. After flocking a previous post I didn't get a ScreenGrab of (oh yeah I hate you now, Sleepie), Onelittlesleep returns to say that PETJA was just like your unintentionally hilarious RPS summaries, you backstabbing fandom-traitors! Affecingly is hurt by your commitment to Ackles Motion over her and her friends. Also, the mice on Wank Report would like to add that Icymorning and her peeps dissed Jensen's girlfriends and possibly his mom. Aaaaannnd, if you would like to see parts of the deleted site, follow this mouse's advice! And for the lulz, Meyerlemon delivers.
Remember when it was just nights of the living Ware-Ackles and chicks jumping off of bleachers and riding their Hollywood cowboy all the way into an elevator? Those were the good old days. Oh, Jensen, how could you do this to your adoring public? What hath you wrought? ;_;

Let's just say our arms were seriously twisted into doing this. No, I am not at liberty to discuss the particulars of the proceedings simply because it was deemed confidential by his lawyers. As for me, Mr. Ackles was someone I had a lot of love, respect and admiration for. Anyone who knows me knows this. It was written all over me. Now I feel stripped down. It's a profoundly disturbing and distressing feeling, to be deprived of your right to love. You will tell me it wasn't love. I will tell you you can't read my heart. Moving on now.
We need to lay low. We need to come down. We need to take a deep breath while I go run some health tests at the local clinic.
