I’m sorry, but i don’t agree with anything you say. At all. I loved all four books and there are plenty of us out there who also enjoyed the series. I can’t wait to read more of Stephenie meyers books. So Fuck you all.

This is a fictional book, and I totally disagree with YOUR OPINION. I enjoyed the Twillight Saga.The reason I don’t want to go point by point with you is space, time, and I’m not trying to convince you to change your opinion.

Sorry to chagrin your dazzle, but I don't think there's going to be MOARRR for a very long time. If ever.

In a recent interview, SMeyer said she has only written the first 12 chapters of BD. She had copies of them made to give to Rob Pattinson and other people involved with the film (because Edward's characterization in Twilight was so poor RP needed help figuring out how to play him, LOL). There are probably other copies floating around, but the most likely speculation is that someone who worked on the film leaked it.

Yeah, I'd heard about her giving it to him. I was thinking that someone at her publisher's leaked it--a more advanced version--to some friend or something, but... yeah, a movie-related leak from back then would make more sense. I wonder if MS leaking to the ungrateful internets is what's finally going to prompt her to throw a public tantrum and take her toys home ("Fine! I will NEVER publish Midnight Sun, then!"). Hopefully the bean counters at Little, Brown will talk some sense into her. Because I've spent half the manuscript clapping my hands like a seal, seriously.

So far, I've spent the entire time wanting to scream because, once again, the writing is just shit. There are sentences in there that should be a stabbing offense. And I get the impression that these are finished drafts of the chapters, because they read just as clunkily as anything else she's ever written.

Plus, there's nothing about the way she's written Edward that convinces me this is a 107-year-old, immortal individual--he just sounds like a snotty, bigoted, 30-year-old prig so far (albeit one with barely-controlled bloodlust). I can totally see him taking up scrapbooking and scrubbing the bathroom grout and deciding that beige is his favorite color.

I expect it will get published, and the die-hard fangirls will snap it up, but ugh. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm inadvertently making Horcruxes every time I read another Stephenie Meyer book. Yeah, they're fun to mock, but in a way that hurts my soul.
