I love how all the 'old' fans are declaring things like they shit hearts and rainbows. When you see fans trying to show off their superiority based on how long they've watched the show you know the wank will be delicious.

That being said- he's a freakin' Time Lord, for God's sake! He can regenerate however he likes.

Sadly there is a disease rife at the BBC these days that makes all production staff think that a show will fail unless the cast is very young and potentially fanciable. You won't see another Doctor who anyone could call "Grandfather" again, I don't think. It's also pretty insulting to young people to assume that they won't watch a show unless the cast are young and cute.

Good luck to him. I hope he kicks ass.
