If you're a fan of Furry Artwork, then you've probably heard of Seux, AKA Zeriara. If you haven't, you're lucky. But your luck is about to run out because I am going to educate you!

Zer has been known to 'lose' her commissions in the mail, and behave rudely to people with whom she is doing business. She's a regular staple of furry drama, art drama and even has her very own Dramachan board. But recently, Zer had been behaving and appeared to have cleaned up her act.

A few weeks ago, Zer posted a terrifying account of abuse she, her friend Panda and her pets had endured at the hands of her drunk, pill popping mother. It has been deleted, but choice bits can be seen here. Panda's account can be read here.

TL;DR version: Panda and Zer live together in Zer's mom's place and mom goes psycho, threatens to kill them all, and Panda runs away. Panda's mother is called and drives 8 hours to pick them up. They request money to help them move.

A group auction is organized and includes work from about 27 artists with all proceeds to be given to Zer and Panda.

Yesterday, carnivaldog posted an extensive expose about Zer, including her habits of screwing people out of commissions, her spending commission money on drug use and toys and other attractive habits which extend to animal abuse.

And the furries proceeded to go RAWR! and begin to spread the word. We'll see how far this goes.

	I hate commericals. I switch stations as quickly as humanly possible without permanently destroying the remote, because one line of the song and I'm watching OMG PUPPIES AND KITTENS IN JAIL WHAAAAAAHHHHH sob sob sob must go catch and cuddle my own puppies and kitties If there's animal abuse in the links, I'm not touching them with a ten foot pole. :( (Reply to this)(Parent)

Me too, but we already have too many cats we've personally rescued. I mean, it's not even just that there's a legal limit in our district (we're already over by having 5 cats in a 3 cat area) but the ones we have already get snippy enough at each-other. I'll happily donate to rescue groups, but I wish I didn't have to see things which make me feel bad about not being able to take more in.

There's a... what? On one hand, yay for a law that covers animal hoarding. On the other hand, sane, responsible people with enough space can easily keep more than three cats comfortably. That limit's too low, as you yourself prove.

(Great to hear you're rescuing cats! I'd rescue more myself, but it took so long to socialize the two former ferals I already have... You're doing a good thing by not adding more. Cats are miserable when you add the wrong cats to the mix or crowd them too much; it's like being in a roommate situation that you can never get out of.)

I do believe responsible people can manage more than three cats... so saying, we have a neighbour who can't manage to keep his one cat from jumping on our aviary at night and making our birds fly into the walls on occasion, and coming into our own backyard and attacking our cats within it during the day (when we're home, and the dogs are about to boot).

(Currently trying to socialize the feral father of the latest two aqquisitions, we're trying to arrange to nueter him and it's reliant on us being able to catch him - lucky he's keen on eating But yeah, couldn't have more cats around because the mix we have already is cool, but it would be bedlam with more).

	... Can she be reported for animal cruelty/neglect? Because if what carnivaldog says about keeping them kennelled and not cleaning up is true, and neglecting the leg... she really needs to be.
