I've written a Journalism essay on the subject of media treatment of GLBT people with particular reference to Captain Jack Harkness and the cast of Torchwood (I got to quote the stopwatch scene! And the bit in Doctor Who where he talks about the threesome with his jailers! I WAS SO PROUD!), wrote a femmeslash essay for my French Literature exam, and just got back an essay for Visual Communication where I discussed feminism/misogyny in comic book covers.

I fucking love university, I really do.

*grins* The GLBT one was actually a real bitch to write, mostly because I had a lot of difficulty in finding sources. On the other hand, it gave me a reason to re-watch my favourite episodes of Doctor Who and Torchwood, so y'know. Swings and roundabouts, as they say.

I also did a French presentation on Persepolis, which is another graphic novel and which everybody ever should read. That was quite fun.
